adadmin fails with Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully for IEXHIPRO.fmx / IEXCUOVW.fm

Applying latest financial module patches on my 11i apps which runs on SOLARIC SPARC ver 10 with 10.2.0.4 database.

While applying patch 3999182  got an error as below

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

au      resource        ASTOPDTL.pll

after compiling .pll ran adadmin to generate form files for AST module. it resulted in error for below forms.

Dropping FND_INSTALL_PROCESSES table...

FND_INSTALL_PROCESSES table dropped.

Dropping AD_DEFERRED_JOBS table...

AD_DEFERRED_JOBS table dropped.

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

iex     forms/AR        IEXHIPRO.fmx

iex     forms/US        IEXCUOVW.fmx

iex     forms/AR        IEXRCINT.fmx
