printer is not printing (document set in custom pick slip for 3 printers)

Hi All,

We are developing custom pick slip report using rtf files.

We have one document set and attached 3 printers TEST1,TEST2,TEST3 for 3 rtf layouts.

And calling 3 printers directy from burst control file.

<xapi:print id="invprinter1" printer="ipp://localhost:631/printers/TEST2" copies="1"/>

<xapi:print id="invprinter1" printer="ipp://localhost:631/printers/TEST3" copies="1"/>

the file is not printing on the printer(TEST1).

Could you please help on this.
