Item available but still planned in MRP

Hello all,

I was wondering if the calendar is set to holiday could affect E1 to generate the MRP message(type O= order) even thought the quantity is available and safety stock = 0.

For example:

Quantity available = 160

Forecast date =  8/15

SZ order date = 8/18

Calendar  8/15 = H (holiday)

This is for E1 8.10

Could anyone clarify me?
