Service Request - Customer Ship to, Deliver to and Bill to locations

Have a question on the Customer Ship to, Deliver to and Bill to locations populated in the Service Request.

I see that only one address which is defined as the identifying address in the Customer setup is populated in all the (ship to, bill to and deliver to) locations despite of defining all 3 separate addresses in Customer setup.

Any clue why is this happening.
