Error when running the HSS Security report by group for HFM application

Ran the Security report by Group.  Received the security report error.  Found the doc stating that the native group description can not include "&" or "\". Removed all non alpha numeric characters from the group descriptions.  Still getting error on application.  Report runs on all other HFM applications.

Is there an additional step?  Services were restarted since the characters were removed.
