Pick and Choose Rail Car inventory to ship

We typically pre-load finished good product on the Railcars and the customer service would like to pick and choose a rail car to ship in Oracle. What is the best way to achieve this process in Oracle using OM/WSH/INV/OPM modules? They need the visibility by Railcar and how much is contained in each rail car and would like to ship by Rail car. Currently we have one inventory org with two subinventories. One subinventory is used to track plant production and the second subinventory as intransit/rail car inventory. There is a bulk subinventory transfer done to represent the rail car
