Missing Credit Terms in Customer Master
Hi
When our associates are looking in Customer Master to determine customer
payment terms, sometimes the field where terms should be is missing. As in
completely not there. You can exit out of the screen and come back and the
field is there, but the fact its missing is concerning.
Navigation
AR>Customer>Customer Standard>Query Customer>Details
(B)>Account Profile(T)>Scroll down to terms
Thus far, we've only seen this happen on the Default Profile Class.
Has anyone else had this problem?
