SQL rule file giving error while loading

Hi,

We are facing an issue while loading the sql rule file in essbase.
We had the odbc setup pn Essbase server but still we are not able to connect

Please take this on priority.
2016]Local/Flash2/Flash/FINMJ1/3464/Info(1021013)
ODBC Layer Error: [S1T00] ==> [[WSock32 DLL] 10060 WSA E TimedOut: No response received when attempting to connect to the Teradata server]

[Tue Aug 02 12:04:34 2016]Local/Flash2/Flash/FINMJ1/3464/Info(1021014)
ODBC Layer Error: Native Error code [10060].

Above is the issue.
