Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. PO Values go missing randomly during Promotion

Hi All,

We have an issue that is random in nature hence impossible to replicate.

We will appreciate any input/previous experiences with issues like that/any ideas to get this issue resolved

Scenario:

1)P4310 has 6 versions which exist in DV/PY/QA/TR pathcode

2)Underlying PO template has a custom tab let's say "Custom" which has 3 PO text fields lets say PO1, PO2, PO3 all have values as blank

3)A Change was made in application PO template T43101 and a fourth field PO4 was added to the PO template in "Custom" Tab

4) All 6 versions of application P4310 were modified to have PO4 to have a value set as 1
