How to successfully create a transaction source that will allow transactions from this source to be

Hi Experts,

     We need to create a custom Transaction source specifically "Inventory Miscellaneous" that will allow transactions from that source to be burden properly? Is there a prerequisite needed when trying to setup this transaction source... On R11, our "Inventory Misc" transaction source was functioning completely and allows transactions to be burden properly,. but after migration to R12 the "Import Burdened Amounts" Flag has been checked.. and this maybe the cause of our issue as to why transactions from different projects with transaction source as Inventory Misc dont generate project burdening cost when PRC: Create and Distribute Burden Transactions was run.
