general setup issue accessing pillar axiom 500gui

howto access the management gui and/or reset the system to factory defaults: we have tried everything to access the management GUI with no success.  The system boots up and all the lights are green, but there's nothing in the terminals (i.e. the LCD monitors connected to the VGA ports) and we have USB keyboards and mice as well as the PS2 style keyboard and mouse but nothing seems to trigger any display to the connected monitors.  Also the network ports(there are two of them) labeled MGMT are connected with cat five cables to two separate switchesand according to documentation they
