Identify what caused weblogic server to go down
We are using EBS version 12.2.4
Today our production instance weblogic server went down. The senior Apps DBA was able to identify that it was because of a runaway session with the configurator order that has caused issue.
Since he would not tell me how he find it. I am wondering from any gurus out there, how can you begin to identify the issue when weblogic server is down. Which log file can I identify the issue and what query may need to run to get to the bottom of the problem? Please advice. Thanks.
