How to directly open some external web pages from OAF/Self Service page

Hi All,

I have a requirement to open some web site like http://mycompany.com/&empid=456, now we want to open this page from user self service page and employee will be passed as default but need to be encoded/hash code so this will not be visible as actual employee no in the address bar.'

Advise if any body has done this, opening external web pages from oracle self service page instantly.
