Restrict Task Types for Service Request
Hello,
We are using Teleservice for customer support process as well as for internal support process.
For both we have created some task types. We want to restrict the task type LOV based on the SR Type, i.e., for internal support SR's, task type LOV should show only the tasks which are meant for internal support activities, while for customer support SR's, task types should be restricted to tasks which are used for customer support activities.
One way to achive this is by using personalization. However, this is easy in oracle forms, but in html pages this could be a tricky one. Is there any way to achieve this without interfering in the standard modules?
