How to restrict changing data in Assets Mass Additions Prepare window

Hi all,

We have a requirement where we need to restrict the changes that any employee could make into Mass Additions Prepare window.

We also need to have the Mass Additions Prepare window for reviewing the assets data interfaced from AP and PA modules.

Is there a standard way of achieving this functionality?
