Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Dear All,

Please has anyone come across this bug "Bug 9094254 - Subotimal execution plan with post-filter subquery". Am running database version 11.2.0.3.15

Does the patch have any effect?

Did it resolve the issue?

Am having issues with queries in the past 1 month that runs forever now and before it takes few minutes to execute.
