REP-0069 & REP-57054 when running the cycle count listing in INVARCLI

We have over 50 cycle counts scheduled and occasionally a few error with log messages:

REP-0069: Internal error

REP-57054: In-process job terminated: Finished successfully but output is voided.

Doc ID 1237834.1 says it’s due to patch 8602992 being applied (changing cache size) and the solution is yet another patch.

Problem is - patch 8602992 was never applied to our system.
