Error setting up MOS credentials (12.1.0.4)
Good morning,
We have a problem of setting up MOS credentials for EM 12.1.0.4
The state of the issue is next:
- EM host has access to *.oracle.com domain and all necessary sites (support.oracle.com, update.oracle.com, login.oracle.com, etc.) are available to the EM host
- there is no proxy
- MOS connection test is fine (Setup/Proxy Settings/My Oracle Support – Test (No Proxy))
- when setting MOS credentials (Setup/My Oracle Support/Set Credentials) next error comes up “Enable to complete network operation against My Oracle Support. Please check connectivity to Oracle Support Site”.
The only errors I see in trace file (%OMS_HOME%\gc-inst\em\EMGC_OMS1\sysman\log\emoms.trc) look like "Caused By: java.net.SocketException: Software caused connection abort: socket write error".
