Cost Summary Report and Cost Detail Report

HI

Report adjustments and additions, ran for the month of March 2016 (YTD), are not showing up.  It still shows February totals. When ran the Cost Detail and Cost Summary Report for some accounts there are  *  which shows they are out of balance.

Could you please let me know how this has to be debugged and get the reports fixed?
