FRM-40735: POST-QUERY trigger raised unhandled exceptions ORA-01403

I am using a custom program to release holds(using this API - OE_HOLDS_PUB.RELEASE_HOLDS). When this concurrent program is run, the holds are being released successfully but when I query that order number, switch to Line Items tab and then click on Actions -> Additional Line Information, I get this error 'FRM-40735: POST-QUERY trigger raised unhandled exceptions ORA-01403'. Can some one please help me out here?
