FDMEE Import Format [None]?

Hi.

In FDM, Locations often had Import Formats designated as [None] to prevent loading to "inactive" locations.

At client's request, we assigned a "dummy" import format (called "FDMEE_Test") to these "inactive" and other locations and then migrated them to FDMEE.

Now in FDMEE, we would like to change from  "FDMEE_Test" back to [None] or [EMPTY] or [NONE] or whatever - however, none of these (or a blank entry) are allowable by FDMEE.

Am I missing something here, or do we need a named Import Format for FDMEE?
