Work Order Request Due Date

Hi. Looking at the work orders table, there are columns for the request start date and request due date. I have noticed the request start date links to the scheduled start date. How about the request due date? There's nothing on the work order creation that asks for this data. It also does not match the request by date field on the work request attached to the work order. So, how is this even populated?
