iRecruitment R12.1.3 Format Job Posting Screen during Create vacancy personalization

We want to hide some fields in the format job posting screen (Job Title and Organization Name) while creating vacancy as show in one of the attachments, there are no personalizations that can be done at this level. However, I have hidden these two fields while creating default Job Postings done at the Business Group level as show in personalized screen (note: the two fields  Job Title and Organization Name below the default Posting Value are not visible). But,these two fields still visible. Any one have any idea how to get rid of these Job Title and Organization Name fields
