Dynamic Entry of Combination In Item Catogories

Hi Gurus,

I have defined a new item category with 3 segments. Each segment has its corresponding value sets with values. Now user is not sure of all combinations which might be entered.

Now the user wants to enter this combination in runtime while assigning categories in Item Master.

Can we achieve this.
