Financial Product in status 'Pending Approval' and no request generated

Hello,

We are in release R12.1.3.

We are trying to submit the Financial Product in OLFM but it stays in status 'Pending Approval', and we are not able to see any approval request generated.

I have checked in 'Workflow Administrator Web Applications' responsibility, Status Monitor function and Workflow Id (WORK FLOW INTERNAL NAME) : OKLLPPAP but nothing appears here.

I want to mention that we have done all the required steps for AME.

Please suggest what else we need to check?
