OTM LOGIN PAGE ISSUE

HI,

We have installed OTM 6.4.1

We have generated the URL http://172.16.1.101:8001/GC3/glog.webserver.util.FrameGC3Servlet

Currently, we are facing two issues.

01. The login page has graphical issues.We are unable to get a clear login page, We didnt get images,pictures etc but we got entries for username and password.

02.Some of the options in OTM application are not getting enabled when clicked.

Any help would be appreciated.
