ERROR: PRVF-11061 : <null>

we want to add a third node to our 2 node cluster db.

we have installed os (solaris 11), created the oracle and grid users on the 3rd node

using cluvify to check:

# cluvfy stage -pre nodeadd -n lprodsvr3 -fixup
