Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. [Demantra 12.2.3] Scheduled Workflow get deleted automatically.

I am facing an issue where the scheduled timings of the Demantra workflow are a getting deleted automatically.

The wf_scheduler column not_Active becomes 1.

I have to manually update the changes from the back end to reflect the changes on the workflow. [wf_scheduler column not_Active is updated to 0.]

Request you to let me know how to identify the root cause.
