ODI integration with the JD Edward

hi

we are doing the oracle data integrator (11.1.1.7) integration with the JD Edward (8.98.4.x).

we found out that to register the data access driver (DAD) the we need to install the server manager console first before integration. Refer http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E24902_01/doc.91/e18837/management_console_install.htm#EOISM474

according to the link we need to create the separate web logic domain. we have planing and odi on the same server.

does creating the separate empty web logic domain (none hyperion component are link into this domain) create any working issue with the existing Hyperion web logic domain?
