What Oracle Database Versions are supported on T7-4 LDOM Guest?

We are running Oracle DB 11g on solaris 10 as LDOM guest on T5-2.

What DB versions are supported on T7-4 LDOM guest?

Based on product notes for T7-4 it appears for "in-memory" features 12.1.0.2, plus required bundle patch (BP13) is minimum requirement, however no mention of minimum requirements for 11g DB.

Can anyone validate if there is a minimum requirement for 11g?
