Hello. Some of our users cannot see "Reconciliation Manager" as a choice under 'Report Group' when

We are wondering if anyone has experienced, or is experiencing, difficulty in selecting Reconciliation Manager in the drop down under Report Group in the option to Generate Reports?  Some of our valid users cannot see any option to select.  When they select the drop down arrow, a very narrow, blank box appears with nothing in it.  We tried resetting IE, without results.  Can anyone offer any input on this?
