Freight item attribute has been updated to shippable(by mistake) and user has actually shipped that

We have a scenario where freight item attribute has been updated to shippable (by mistake) and user has actually shipped that item. Now, what do we need to do as we are unable to remove shippable flag as a message is coming "This field cannot be updated as there are either open sales order lines, pending delivery transactions or incoming supply transaction."

Pls let me know what should be done so that these transactions can be cleared. Pls note that this item is not an inventory item and also not stockable or transactable item.
