Is there a way to remove OM Transaction Types from LOV?

Hello,

Is there a way to delete or Inactivate Order Management transaction types? We have a number of very old transactions types that we would like to remove from the LOV for Order Entry. We have effective dates, both start and end dates.

It seems like this should be an easy thing to do, but in all my reading i have been unable to find how to accomplish this.To clarify, i do NOT want to purge the historical order data. I still want to reference all the order history for orders that used a specific Order Type. I just no longer want that order type to be 'selectable' during Order Entry.
