Should OWAPUB schema be dropped?

We have an EBS 12.2 database migrated from 11i. We are cleaning up obsolete schemas and could not confirm if OWAPUB schema can be dropped.

MOSC document How To Check External Dependencies On Possible Obsolete Schemas With E-Business Suite (Doc ID 1995384.1) has a list of obsolete schemas, but it does not include OWAPUB.

MOSC document Can The OWAPUB Schema Be Dropped? (Doc ID 602856.1), says this schema cannot be dropped, but this document is for 11.5.10 only.

As far as we know, OWAPUB was part of the mod_plsql DAD framework. As EBS 12 doesn't use mod_plsql DADs, it should no longer be needed on 12.2?
