Duplicate FND Log messages from same concurrent program

Hi all, I have a question.  It seems our concurrent program executed the same executable twice and we're not sure how this happened.

See my log message below within the same concurrent request id.

Has anyone seen this before? Any bug?

We've never seen duplication of log file messages before.

We're on 12.2.4.
