Upload shipment notification failed with error

in Payables and Cash Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

We are using EBS version 12.2.4

When using isupplier responsibility to upload shipment notification for ASN, are getting error messages. I searched on metalink for knowledge bank and did not get anything. Any gurus out there please advice. Attached is the screenshot.
