Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Core Concurrent Processing - EBS (MOSC)

Report output is not showing/ generating output file -

We have created customized report, report is run successfully but while clicking on Output button, output file is not generated.

Navigation: System administrator > View > Request >Name " ABC Salary Register"

Request Status: Completed

While clicking on Output button a new browser window is opened, but not generating any file.

Note: The problem is faced on test server , while output file is generated on Production server successfully.
