Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Siebel IP13 to IP16 Upgrade : What after UPGPHYS ??

Hello everyone / MOSC team,

We are doing Siebel IP13 to IP16 Upgrade ( with Patch set 3 - 16.3.0.0 ) and we are done with below things :

Environment setup/hardware setup
Downloading and installation of Siebel IP16 ( with PS3 over that )
Repository merge preparation
Upgrep and IRM
Resolution conflicts and marking 'Completed resolution' true
Taking backup before and after Upgrep and IRM
And next step we are doing is 'Upgphys' for Custom physical schema upgrade

My queries are as below :

What exact steps we need to do to fully upgrade our environment to Siebel Innovation Pack 16, so that we are able to see full fledged IP16 on our Development machines ??
