Reason why Planning refresh security fails on specific users?
Hi Gurus,
Please help a guy out. I have a few planning apps and as soon as I refresh the security filters it fails on some specific users who are in a different domain.
This never happened before, it started recently and no changes we made in the config or on the domain side, yesterday It happened that +- 40 users could not connect to Planning and I had to removed them from the App and add them again but I had to also re-assign the entity access.
Has anyone ever experience this before and how did you resolve it? I thought of refreshing the database today but needs to be done when users are not logged on.
