Belgian declining Balance method with straight line switch

Hi Team,

Please advise how to configure declining balance method for Belgium with straight line switch.

Requirement below:

Acquisition value  : 10,000

Life : 4 years

Depreciation % straight line method : 25%  --> As soon as the straight line amount is higher than the declining amount, the straight line amount needs to be used

Depreciation % declining balance method: 40 % --> The declining % can be maximum the double of the straight line %, with a maximum of 40%

Note: The Declining balance methods in seeded oracle doesn't allow comparison of depreciation value,so how to achieve this as part of Belgian requirement.
