Account Analysis Report

After upgrade from Oracle EBS 12.1.3 to 12.2.5 the Account Analysis Report does not return any data.  The header with columns shows up but no data is returned.  This is a standard report with no custom changes.  We tried Doc 1632229.1 and it did not resolve the issue.  I changed the output type to all of the options to see if that made a difference and found that only letting the output type blank would produce results that included the data we were looking for.  The problem is that the output was in XML.

We have a go-live date planned for next Friday and need a solution to this problem.  We have a Oracle Support ticket open.
