Can't copy profile to period if added a user as commentator

Hi,

We are currently implementing ARM 11.2.3.7

I tried to make one of the workflow users a commentator, she is neither a preparer or reviewer of the rec in question.

She was successfully added as a commentator to the profile in question, but when trying to copy the profile to a period, it throws the error ' User not assigned appropriate role'. She has been provisioned with commentator,reviewer and preparer rights.

Another user who has been provisioned with reviewer and commentator rights, was added to the profile as a commentator, and there was no issue when copying the rec to the period.
