Upgrading Apache in Oracle Solaris 11.2

During a security audit our Solaris server failed due to vulnerabilities in the version of Apache that we are running.  How do we upgrade to a more secure version?  Are there any patches that we can apply?  See OS/apache versions below:

root@prod# uname -a

SunOS pcnygendbprod 5.11 11.2 i86pc i386 i86pc

root@prod# /usr/apache2/2.2/bin/httpd -v

Server version: Apache/2.2.27 (Unix)

Server built:   Jun 17 2014 11:19:37

root@prod#
