R12 MADD report not recognizing Negative overheads

Hi,

We have a setup to add negative Material overheads as part of Item cost elements. This was working earlier in 11.5.10.2 but after we upgraded to R12.1.3, Negative Material overheads are being ignored and looks like Oracle is creating Accounting Distributions using absolute values. This is causing discrepancies when we look at MADD report for material transfers between Sub inventories. Ex: Finished Goods to Staging sub inventory at the time of Sales Order Pick.

Did anyone run into this issue?
