Oracle XML Publisher Bursting - Creating Files with Wrong file Name compared to the content in file

We have created an XML publisher report with PDF output and trying to burst it to generate multiple documents based on INVOICE_ID. We have INVOICE_ID selected as request select and passing it as parameter to output file name.

INVOICE_ID value in the file name and in generated pdf document is not same. Also, for one of the bursted pdf file input parameter passed value is going as NULL.

I have attached the XML, RTF, Bursting XML and sample preview data for your reference.

Also, attached the generated PDF document.
