Error Transaction Status Summary -- WMSINB-22494:Lot/Serial validation failed

We have a PO with 1 line, we are trying to receive a partial quantity (not all line amount)

But in the Transaction Status Summary I have a record with the next

ORA-01403: no data found in Package INV_MATERIAL_STATUS_GRP Procedure get_lot_serial_status_control

WMSINB-22494:Lot/Serial validation failed

Any help how to understand why the transaction is in error
