Decrease the hard limit for stacksize to 32768 or lower, but not less than 10240

I have  a  oracle 11.2.0.4   RAC on Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.5

After check with rda -HCVE

The rda recommande to "Decrease the hard limit for stacksize to 32768 or lower, but not less than 10240"

Now my value is :

oracle hard stack unlimited

grid hard stack 32768

Question :

1- How to caluculate this value  32768 on my system

2- If  I change  the oracle hard stack unlimited => oracle hard stack 32768 on limit.conf
