Can Users be Restricted from Accessing specific accounts in Manual Bank Reconciliation?

Aloha,

Would like to know if we can restrict access to only certain accounts in the Manual Bank Reconciliation? We want to enable certain users only to perform the manual bank reconciliation on the payroll account.
