Installation of EBS 12.2 on Oracle Linux 7.2 fails

Hi I am trying to install EBS 12.2 on Oracle Linux 7.2 using rapidwiz. The Installation fails at 68%. The folloing is the error in the main log file :

Fatal Error: TXK Install Service

oracle.apps.fnd.txk.config.ProcessStateException: OPatch process failed : Exit=100 See log for details.
