Move Order has transacted twice, So the Quantity ordered and cost is doubled

Hello Apps Gurus,

Move Order material transaction - Quantity Transacted Double

E-Business Suite Applications version: 11.5.10.2

Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.3.0

The move orders were transacted twice.

Eg: Move Order#1234 created on 04th Jan 2016, and transacted successfully for Ordered Quantity 3 on 06th Jan 2016. Again the same order#1234 got transacted again on 01st Feb 2016, Upon checking the Move order window, the Ordered Delivered quantity is 6.

We have noticed that the duplicate transaction, which got transacted due to Actual Cost Worker program based on the request_id value from the MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS table. Which have two transaction_id for this particular move order.
